At Deeson we believe delivery is a culture, not a process. That’s why we’re looking for someone who has a delivery mindset; a mindset fixated on providing the right environment to enable our talented teams to create their best work for our clients.
We’re looking for someone who can inspire and motivate, challenge and steer and ultimately continue to support our long-lasting relationship with our clients.
Who we are looking for
You might be a scrum master, project manager, account manager or team coach looking for your next role.
This role is a combination of all of the above. However, we’re not expecting you to have experience in all these areas, we’ll provide you with the support and training needed for you to be successful in this role.
It’s essential that we remain agile in a changing environment. It’s therefore critical that the successful applicant can assess a project, team and client and decide the appropriate level of process and support required to enable the team to deliver the solution successfully.
